Injuries Can be Scary

Especially when they happen through no fault of your own. They create a lot of questions:

  • Who will pay for my medical care?
  • What will I do if I cannot work?
  • What can I do to minimize the effect this will have on my family?

We understand this and have the personal injury law and car accident experience to help you through these difficult times. The first step is for us to work with you and come up with a plan to get the results you need. Through our understanding of personal injury law and your understanding of the circumstances, we will craft a path to success.

You Have a Story to Tell

If you have been injured in a car accident or from a slip/trip and fall as a result of someone’s negligence, you have a story to tell. This story will eventually be the key to moving forward to a better life. You need an experienced storyteller that gets you results! You need Kirshbaum Injury Law.

We can relate to what you are going through. We know what it feels like to face the unknown, the fear and doubts and disruption to your life that injuries cause. We have helped hundreds of people and families come to grips with a path into the future.

We will tell your story to your own insurance company, the insurance company for the person who caused your injury and, possibly, to a jury. Your story will eventually consist of the injuries you have sustained and how they have affected your life and the lives of your loved ones.

“My husband can no longer go on the long walks that we used to love.”
“I now have to do everything around the house that my spouse used to do.”
“Mom is no fun anymore.”

These are just some of the parts of stories that we hear from family members and friends.

Your story will take some time to develop and we will help guide you in the process by making sure you are getting the medical help that you need from the proper professionals, that all of your injuries are properly diagnosed and that your treatment is getting paid for. We will use the information received from these medical professionals and information gathered from your friends, relatives and co-workers to craft your story in order to get you the full value compensation you deserve.

And we will continue to help you with your story even after the resolution of your case by helping you with a plan for a better future.

You need an experienced storyteller that gets you results! You need Kirshbaum Injury Law.

Our History

The law firm of Kirshbaum Injury Law was started by Mitchel Kirshbaum in 1982 after he had been in a partnership with three other attorneys for nearly 20 years.

Jim Kirshbaum joined the firm fresh out of law school in 1986 and remained with the firm until 1997 when it was decided that the personal injury and commercial collection practices should be split up. Jim started his own firm concentrating on the collection practice. This continued until both Sears and Discover decided to centralize their collection business and stopped using local attorneys. Mitchel Kirshbaum continued to offer exceptional representation to people who had been injured by the negligence of others since its inception.

After representing various insurance companies in defending injury and no-fault claims for over 15 years, Jim Kirshbaum came back to the plaintiff’s side and rejoined the firm in September 2019.
